Healthy Choices Lab AH198

C Each student must participate in 12 activities to improve their health. A physical fitness class will be offered in the classrooms every Monday. Students must choose at least 9 different kinds of activity to fill in their chart. For example all 12 entries can not be “walking” or “aerobics” ALL students must attend the first 3 Mondays fitness classes.
† After that, students can choose from a variety of campus activities, intramural teams, community events and clubs to fill in the remaining 9 sessions. Students who want to fill their hours “off campus” must have a witness/ or fellow participant prove that they did an hour of healthy choice activity. To get a passing grade on this lab, students must have at least 3 out of class activities.
